- Experience as an Oracle Agile PLM Administrator for v9.3.1.1 (PC)
- Bill of Materials (BOM) evolution strategy experience

What You'll Be Doing:


- Product Data Governance : Product Life Cycle management, Product structure strategy. Work with Product Management on Product Change Notice strategy for internal and external customers as well as Contract Manufacturers. Work with Order Management on new product releases. Create Industry Standard / Best Practice Procedures and Processes. Support End of Life strategy. Enforce and apply Product Hierarchy for reporting purposes. Work with Legal to maintain appropriate product data records for escrow
- Change Management (CCB): Help develop and maintain change management strategy, process, and tools. Provide change creation user instructions by functional group. Train cross functional groups as processes and tools change. Measure PDM performance related to change process time and drive continuous improvement.
- Bill of Materials/ Item Master Governance . Work with functional teams to develop and evolve BOM structure strategy. Work with contract manufacturers on continuous BOM structure improvement. Provide BOM creation and maintenance training. Manage Item Master attributes. Create and maintain item status used in product life cycle
- Support IT infrastructure (Oracle Agile PLM PLM) and the User community: Oracle Agile PLM Administrator v9.3.1.1. Provide training and helpdesk support.
- Work with IT on Oracle Agile PLM upgrades and system refreshes
- Ensure the integrity of the Item Master and AML in Oracle Agile PLM PLM
- Assist with item number assignment
- Assist with data clean-up activities in our production systems.
- Assist with process development and training to end users.
- Evaluate and prototype new business processes or models in the PLM and ERP systems.
- Create and drive Engineering Change Orders through the systems (Oracle Agile PLM and Oracle EBS).
- Maintain Item Setups in Oracle ERP.




What You Need to Bring to the Table:


- Ability to 'hit the ground running' in an Oracle Agile PLM PLM / Oracle EBS environment.
- Working knowledge of Product Lifecycle /Product Change Management processes
- Working knowledge of web based communications with CMs
- Working knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM custom report creation, working knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM training material (quick start guides, user guides)
- Experience with BOM structuring and principles of Product Configuration Management
- Experience in training Oracle Agile PLM users on Basic Navigation and other Oracle Agile PLM functionality
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university or seven (7+) years related experience
- Product Data Management user / trainer in a manufacturing / engineered product environment
