Job description:
- Applicants should have approximately 7-20 years of experience, a bachelors degree in civil engineering or environmental engineering and be a licensed civil engineer.
- Prior employment with a civil engineering firm that specializes in water and wastewater projects is preferred.
- Applicants should have previous experience with designing community water and sewer systems, pump stations, and water and wastewater treatment facilities.
- Experience with utility master planning and utility hydraulic modeling is also preferred.
- Duties will include team leadership on multiple projects, design, bidding, and construction management of public works projects involving water and wastewater facilities.
- Duties may also include supervision and mentoring of other engineers. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
