Role:Senior Solutions Analyst Location:Kirkland, WA looking for a Senior Solutions Analyst with experience design comprehensive, end-to-end solutions across multiple enterprise applications. This role is part of a managed service team responsible for setting the technical vision and solution design across IT for customer impacting features. The Solutions Analyst will work closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, IT Architects, and Application Development Teams to ensure a comprehensive solution design is achieved. The key responsibilities of this role include: · Lead collaborative design sessions with Architecture, Development, Middleware, and Business SME · Work with Architects to complete high-level solution design · Identify impacted applications and systems based in solution design · Collaborate with BSA to understand requirements and priorities · Discuss functional tradeoffs with business sponsors · Develop design packages for application development teams · Create sequence diagrams, data flows, process flows, and functional and technical specifications · Ensure all application teams are aligned on solution design Required Qualifications · 4+ years of experience in software design for enterprise systems integrated with a SOA architecture · Experience creating documents that convey enterprise-wide technical solutions to application development teams and business sponsors · Experience designing end-to-end solutions across 3rd party enterprise software and custom-built enterprise applications · Experience working in large-scale, enterprise environment supporting 50+ million customers and 10,000 users · Experience working in Wireless Telecom and understands common Sales (Retail and Internet), Customer Care, Customer Billing, and Marketing workflows · Experience using Rally or Jira in an iterative development environment Preferred Qualifications · Multiple years of consulting experience
