Position Overview

The purpose of this position is to provide proficient expertise in the development, support and maintenance of business intelligence/dashboard solutions.

Essential Job Functions

- Provides design, build and maintenance in Business Intelligence solution
- Provides advanced reports/dashboard development
- Provides primary support in analysis and documentation of SQL Server 2008 & 2005
- Responsible for all financial, clinical and operational reporting.
- Responsible for maintaining up time of the BI environment.
- Reporting in SAP Business Objects
- Dashboard development in qlikview (Data Modeling and Design Development)
- Customer Service with all report requests from financial, clinical and operational teams
- Supports ETL development team in requirements gathering
- Testing of data modeling from multiple Healthcare systems Other Job Functions
- Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required.
- Ability to work off-hours and on call when required.

Basic Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology related field of study; or 4+ years technical work experience.
- 3+ years experience with SQL Server databases and developing complex and robust SQL queries for SQL Server 2008, 2005 and 2000 required.
- Experience in data warehousing required.
- qlikView experience required.
- SAP Business Objects and Advanced Report Development in Web and Universe Design experience required
- SAP Data Services, preferred.
- ETL custom build and maintenance preferred.
- Knowledge of Clinical EHR/EDIS Systems, Radiology & Laboratory Systems preferred.
- Knowledge of either Cerner or Epic Reporting tools.
- Experience with direct C-Level customer base, preferred.
- Position requires fluency in English; written and oral communication
