Business Analyst Location:Nashville, TN Duration:6 Months Job Description: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Analyze user requirements and needs for complex business problems. Assist management with the collection of user requirements. Convert user requirements into functional specifications that can be understood by all groups involved in the project life cycle. Create test conditions, testing plans, and create/supervise the corresponding program documentation. Plan, develop, test and document highly complex computer programs. Act as advisory resource to staff on all phases of project life cycle. Examine and evaluate data processing program specifications and develop new or improved standardized methods and procedures. Assist in the preparation of status reports, and management reports. Assumes other duties as assigned.
