Our client is an IT Software development company and growing at a rapid pace. Ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR, Operations, Resource Management, Compiling HR policies, Strong knowledge on government laws and regulations concerned with HR and operations in India and USA. Candidate with 20 plus years of work experience (including extensive work experience in an IT Software development (or) IT product based company) and comfortable working closely with C-Level executives and stakeholders are the basic requirements for this role. Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and people skills are required.
