- Works with the CEO to establish a financial plan for BPM that achieves the firms financial goals, including expenditures, revenue goals, and staff productivity goals.
- Supports and advises the CEO in decision making.Ensures that relevant financial data is presented to the partners. This includes industry comparisons and competition.
- Monitors the firms profitability, budget performance, and revenue per engagement.Collaborates with the PGLs and PICs to establish and support practice and office performance metrics.Works with PICs to streamline administrative tasks; collections, real estate and reporting.
- Oversees business policies and accounting practices. Oversees relationships with banks ensuring that we are managing our credit line and renewals properly.
- Analyzes and reviews financial reporting including the dashboard and other metrics used by the firm.
- Authorizes expenditures and purchases within the Firms budget and gains approval for any expenditures outside of the budget from the CEO.Oversees BPMs annual budgeting process.
- Operations: Leads business combination process working closely with the CEO. Works closely with the CTS team to implement the consolidation.Develops a real estate plan for the firm to optimize both space and spend
- Oversees risk management and legal activities: letters of agreement, contracts, leases, and other legal documents and agreements.
- Manages business insurance: procurement, monitoring and management.
- Oversees office management: administrative functions for all BPM offices.
- Works closely with the various PGLs and PICs to constantly improve all client deliverables, make sure tasks are completed timely, and provide support.Oversees the IT Director, ensuring that IT supports the firms IT needs.
- Identifies and approves technical resources required for the Firm.
- Uses technology and learns new software or technology applications as adopted by the firm.
