Minimum Qualifications

  • Education, Certification, Registration, LicenseBachelor\'s Degree
  • Field of Study: Business, Computer Science or a healthcare related field.Years of Experience: At least ten (10) years senior level leadership experience
Specialized Knowledge

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or a health care related fieldHospital/healthcare operations including financial management, process improvement, and project management.
  • Healthcare industry knowledge with an emphasis on physician, clinical and business processes.
  • Experience with large scale implementation of EPIC.Understanding of healthcare IT applications supporting hospital operations, ERP (finance, human resources, supply chain), PACs, homecare, ambulatory, revenue cycle, ancillary, population health, managed care, risk management, etc.
  • At least ten (10) years senior level leadership experience with demonstrated progressive experience leading large teams (100+) of technical professionals and budget management responsibility for at least $50MM.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with physicians by engaging with them to understand needs and concerns, as well as delivering successful solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate with a deep technical understanding of emerging technologies to address needs and problems of providing services to large and technically progressive organizations.
  • Proven ability to promote teamwork and collaboration, as well as generate innovative solutions to ordinary and extraordinary challenges.
  • Ability to review and modify business processes to meet the ever changing needs of a complex and dynamic environment.
