• You can think of more than one way to meet requirements and make development decisions based on client needs.
  

Your experience and expertise...

• We don't necessarily care how long you've been doing development; more important is the passion and talent you bring to the table.
  
• With that said, it would be nice if you have the following experience:
  
• You've worked with Drupal or can quickly be taught. We run Drupal 8 on new projects, but have a few D7 sites, too.
  
• You've written PHP code and developed custom Drupal modules.
  
• You can set up and configure a web server on your own.
  
• Performance and speed is something you consider when developing.
  
• You write code that someone else can understand.
  
• You are comfortable providing accurate estimates for completing work.
  
• You are comfortable with the command line.
  
• You test before you push.
  

Bonus points:

• You have integrated a third party REST or JSON API into a CMS.
  
• You have familiarity with Headless/Decoupled website development.
  
• You have worked with JavaScript frameworks like Ember, or React.
  
• You have experience with social media integrations.
