WHAT YOU WILL DO: â?¢ Develop Business Requirements, detailed Functional Specifications, understand Technical Data Mapping, Process Flows, Use Cases, Test Data, Test Plans, etc â?¢ Define, gather and perform data mapping based on customer requirements to work with development team to meet requirements â?¢ Coordinate and formulate business documentation in support of implementation of new business processes/procedures â?¢ Coordinate with stakeholders, application developers, data analysts, and supervisor on projects. This includes responsibility for document sign-off processes, coordinating necessary meetings, and communicating with business owners. â?¢ Provide support including testing and documenting of systems or business process/change management. â?¢ Flexibility to meet and exceed company and client expectations PROFESSIONAL SKILLS: â?¢ Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, especially advanced power point skills to create several executive level project status reports and communication materials â?¢ Experience in a Video roll out project is a must, consulting and/or project coordination for multiple market Video products and service roll outs is a plus â?¢ A \'Go-Getter\' who has the flexibility to meet and exceed company and client expectations. Not afraid to knock on doors to get information needed across several teams to track project progress against plans â?¢ Demonstrate ability to solve problems with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm and innovation â?¢ High level of written and oral communication in the English language â?¢ Demonstrate poise, confidence and professional maturity to interface with senior-level executives in a clear and concise manner â?¢ Self-starter requiring minimal supervision â?¢ Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multi-task assignments EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: â?¢ Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university with two-four years of consulting and/or relevant work experience or a Master\'s degree with 0-3 years of work experience â?¢ Cable TV and Telecom Domain Knowledge required.
