Specific Responsibilities
- Perform analytical work supporting the Manager
- Distribution. Analysis will require collaboration with various associates throughout the Supply Chain organization to include all known and potential locations, strategies, warehousing requirements, transportation options, and customer Requirements.
- Support the analysis for projects related to new and on-going enhancements to the physical supply chain warehouse design,
- Including the investigation of alternative distribution options intended to improve processes, lower transportation expenses, and improve service levels.
- Creation of SOPs, Training, and Audit program throughout the Supply Chain Logistics Network.
- Perform ad hoc analysis required to evaluate, plan, and implement warehouse design and other Supply Chain projects.
- Bachelors Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience required.
- Must be strongly analytical with an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel required).
- Experience in SAP preferred. Must be willing to travel up to 50%.
