Essential Duties and responsibilities

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Architect, implement and support web commerce solutions based upon Oracles Web Commerce application suite.
• Deliver web commerce solution which consistently delivers an APDEX score of 1.0
• Deliver web commerce solution which has 99.99% annual uptime
• Deliver a web commerce solution which supports site diversity
• Deliver web commerce solutions that are optimized for Akamai CDN
• Deliver web commerce solution that continually meets capacity requirements, which is verified through a regular and rigorous load testing regimen
• Deliver web commerce solution that is integrated into a continuous delivery pipeline, which supports continuous delivery of high quality code to production environments
• Deliver process documentation and operational controls to support 24x7x365 operations
• Deliver web commerce solution which meets all requirements throughout the product lifecycle
• Deliver a web commerce solution that conforms to all PCI requirements and support RTGs PCI certification

• Partner with the ITI Engineering and Implementation team to provision all necessary solution delivery resources
• Partner with the Digital Marketing team to support marketing tools and techniques such as A/B testing and surveys.
• Partner with the Web Commerce Development team to deliver new features and functionality to the business

• Suggests and recommends new technologies, techniques and strategies to improve web commerce results.

• 5-10 years experience as a principle engineer responsible for the installation, configuration and support of the Oracle Web Commerce suite, using multi-site to host multiple retail web commerce sites including:
• Including Business Content Control (BCC)Customer Service Center (CSC)Endeca User Experience (UX)
• 5-10 years experience as a principle engineer responsible for the configuration and support of multiple digital properties with Akamai CDN, including experience with ION Premier, FEO/H2 and Kona.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience, with a proven track record of successCandidate must have verifiable experience and expert knowledge of the following Information

• Application Development and Continuous IntegrationDevelopment methodologies such as Agile,
  
• Scrum or KanbanCommon application software architectures, such as multi-tier, distributed, client-server, micro-services, SOAA common development language such as Java, C# or C/C++, preferably with framework development experience such as J2EE, Spring, or ATG (Oracle Web Commerce)
• Web services technologies, including SOAP and REST, tools such as Soap UI/Load UI
• Tools and techniques such as source control, code coverage, continuous integration, integrated development environments, including Ant/Mave, JUnit, and Jenkins
• A load test tool such Apache JMeter or HP LoadRunner
• Expert knowledge of the Red Hat application stack including RHEL, JBoss, EWS, OpenShift

• Automation tools such as Automic ARA, Ansible, SaltStack, Chef, Microsoft System Center, or Puppet.
• APM tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics or AppInternals
• NPM tools such as Riverbed, SolarWinds or Dynatrace DC Rum
• CAPS tools such as SolarWinds, CA Nimbus, or NagiosSplunk
• JVM and CLR tuning and fundamentals.
