Programmer/Analyst – .Net LOC: Boston, MA

Job Summary

  • Responsible for development and support of internal CRM .Net C# web and client based applications, services, interfaces to third party systems, and other internal developed applications for the sales and distribution companies.
  • This Programmer will have the opportunity to develop and support a CRM implementation by working with Salesforce.com, APEX, and VisualForce in a fast paced, process-driven environment.
  • Principal ResponsibilitiesApply programming skills to design and implement both desktop and Microsoft .Net web-based applications to assist sales and distribution areas.
  • Cover Salesforce.com technologies to design, implement and support CRM application and integrations.
  • Work with project managers, business analysts, QA analysts, and users to define business requirements and application specifications, and size efforts.
  • Analyzes environment, documents technical and support requirements, and map requirements to design.
  • Code, debug, test software to deliver final product.
  • Provide production support for applications, and includes on-call responsibilities.
  • Communicate with management, project team, and clients on progress and issues and present project updates to project team.
  • Keep technical skills current and is well-versed in several areas of technology. JobQualificationsUndergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Programming skills in ASP.Net and C# required;

  • JavaScript and JavaScript framework experience preferred.
  • Experience with SQL programming and relational databases required.
  • Sales Systems or CRM web development experience preferred, preferably with Salesforce.com.
  • Knowledge and experience in software development methodology.
  • Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Knowledge of financial services industry strongly preferred.
