- Responsibilities Sales Support for assigned Account Executives Manage existing book of business Ongoing Account Management Provide solutions to meet customers expectations Maintaining a high level of knowledge about the electricity markets we operate in Perform customer research; manage transaction opportunities, account analysis,
- pricing activities and close business Qualifications Education:Bachelor's degree preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of one year of energy, utility or call center work experience may substitute for educational requirement.
- 1 year working with customers in a call center / inside sales environment preferred.Knowledge of utility and/or energy industry preferred.
- Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Quick hands-on learner Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external clients.
- PC Skills Must be proficient or advanced in Microsoft Office suite of software products, particularly Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of energy industry and Siebel preferred Team player Comfortable with phone interactions with potential clients.
- Physical Requirements: Occasionally requires lifting as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities.
- Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
