SAP Process Implementation Manager
Location: Hopkins, MN
- Act as a Owner of SAP Process Implementation Manager Partner with Sales, Marketing & Chief Digital Officer to analyze workflows, business processes and applications to enhance, automate and expedite process improvements
- Assist assigned Business Partners with the development of Project Charters; including initial estimates for cost-benefit analysis
- Assist assigned Business Partners with navigating the Project Governance & Roadmap process Review, analyze, evaluate, and document business requirements Partner with the PM, Solution Architect and Development team to design end-to-end solutions
- Consult with, support, and train users on the use of application systems Analyze data reporting requirements within a business process and facilitate report development and validation Document application system configurations & procedures
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) preferred 5+ years BA experience writing User Stories, Functional/Non-functional requirements, etc.
- Experience with HP ALM a plus Understanding of requirements gathering and the ability to quickly translate business ideas into functional requirements
- Proven ability to gain expertise in new applications
- Able to communicate with IT and business individuals and teams at all levels; including translating complex problems in a non-technical manner
- Able to manage multiple priorities; self-directed and customer service focused
