Accountabilities:
- Designs and develops user interfaces to Internet/intranet applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycleUnderstand and abide to the design methodologies and tool sets; completing programming using languages and software products; designing and conducting tests.Integrates applications by working with new and legacy databases and server scripting; studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.Develop system data flow, integration diagrams, and other MBCI Technical ArtifactsCompletes applications development by coordinating with requirement owner, schedules, and activities; contributing to team meetings;
- Troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
- Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Development and support of the web applicationsCollaborates effectively with creative team and web designers during the creative process.
- Support technical leadership and assumes overall accountability for a successful implementation phase on all web projects.
- Responsible for various aspects of ongoing support and maintenance engagements.
- Turns design and user interface mockups into functional websites powered by CMS.
- Ensures HTML/CSS/LESS is cross-browser and standards compliant and meets accessibility/disability requirementsIntegrates websites with existing applications on campus or third-party/open-source platforms.

- BCS or BS CS Degree in Computer ScienceTotal 5+ years experience in web technology development using ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC with C#3+ and Microsoft .NET framework 3.0 through 4.5
- 5 + years of experience with portal, intranet, and extranet development, hands-on experience with Web-database integration and a range of relational database platforms is a plus3+ years of experience with Designing Web based application using MVC 4/5, Bootstrap, Knockout.JS, Angular.JS, HTML Boiler Plate, Web Grease, Unobtrusive JavaScript, MVVM
- 2+ years of experience with experience with UI and UX JavaScript, jQuery, CSS 3, HTML5, Ajax4+ years of experience working Microsoft SQL Server 2005-20081+ years of experience working Microsoft SQL Server 2012 is a plus
- 3+ Experience with Entity FrameworkExperience working with Web Services, WebAPI, .NET Membership and Identity
- Experience working with the custom grid controls like Kendo, Infragistics is a plus
- Experience with the reporting tools like SSRS, Teleric Reporting, DevEXpress and Crystal Report
- Experience with Visual Studio 2010-2013, TFS 2012+
- Working Knowledge with the accessories and tools like LinqPad, SQL Bundle, ER Win, Mocking FWs, Code Analyzer, ANTS Profiler
- 3+ years of experience with analyzing business requirements, creating high level and low level design documents using various looks like Microsoft Visio OR Enterprise Architect OR iMockup and Word templates
- Good understanding of the testing (nUnit, Selenium, MS Test) from the Unit test to TDD perspectiveIdeally working knowledge of Waterfall, AGILE/SCRUM methodologyMicrosoft or any other certification will be a value addGood understating of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
- Experience with developing or implementing software solutions for a manufacturing environment will be a plusKnowledge of the SharePoint 2010+ is a plus
- Experience working with CMS/Sitecore is a plusUnderstanding of communications, marketing, and customer service principles will be a plusPractical knowledge of application development in Azure is a plusKnowledge of the Performance testing and tuning tools is a plus
