Senior UX/UI Designer
Loc: Minneapolis, MN
- RequirementsThe Ideal Candidate Will Offer The Following: ID, UX, or UI degree with a minimum of 5 years designing user interfaces for embedded, web, desktop, and mobile applications Project planning and estimation experience for both small and large scale projects
- Experience with ethnographic user research including user interviews and user testing Strong understanding of user-centered design process and interaction design best practices/methodologies
- Experience designing for multiple input methods (touch, multi-touch, gesture, voice) and an understanding of natural user interface principles Knowledge of common design patterns and best practices for embedded, web, desktop, and mobile applications Proficient use of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools (Expression Studio, Axure, Flash, or equivalent)
- A strong foundation in visual design principles (layout, color, typography, etc.)
- The ability to design responsive interfaces that will adapt to screen size, connection speed, localization, etc.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to sell your work Highly motivated and comfortable working in a team environment
