Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Manage Hire to Retire Projects from inception to implementationManage operational business support tickets by working with users, troubleshooting system issues and providing solutions
  • Work closely with the Director of BPA to ensure projects align with business roadmaps and are delivered on timeCollect business requirements, propose potential solutions, create documentation, execute testing, collaborate with developers and follow established SDLC processesManage projects, including planning, supporting business case analysis, organizing priorities, and provide status reportsCreate a positive work environment through team collaboration and ensuring work balance is achievedTrain and coach business users as neededDemonstrate business process knowledge and develop business acumen of core areas supported
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education:
  • Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred
Requirements/Qualifications:
  • 5+ year of SAP HCM technical/functional analyst experience requiredDemonstrated experience with SAP HCM, including ESS/MSS, Organization Management (OM), Personnel Development (PD), Personnel Administration (PA), Talent Management, Adobe Forms, Reporting Business Objects preferredDemonstrated experience with SAP ECC 6.0, Tax engine BSI, benefit provider interfaces, Workflow, SAP enhancement pack and support pack upgrades
  • Expertise in maintaining complex SAP Payroll/Time Schemas and FunctionsDeep SAP HCM technical experience and understanding
  • Experience implementing SAP HR Renewal is highly preferredExperience integrating non-SAP time keeping systems with SAP is highly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized self-starter with an eye for detail who can maintain multiple ongoing projects simultaneouslyEntrepreneurial, flexible attitude with ability to work well in ambiguous, changing situations and reprioritize work accordinglySAP table structures, Business Intelligence, data mining
