- Advanced understanding of analysis and design principles, coding and testing techniques and program languages and tools.
- Ability to identify and understand business problems and opportunities and present multiple solutions for problem resolution
- Experienced in developing custom applications using XGEN/COBOL with an Oracle database.
- Experience with SQL Queries and relational database concepts.
- Proficient on the Microsoft suite of office products such as Excel and Word.
- Ability to identify and understand business problems and opportunities and present multiple solutions for problem resolution.
- Expert knowledge of development and test environments and configuration processes.
- Ability to demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Advanced analytical, diagnostic, reverse engineering and problem-solving skills.
- Display excellent working knowledge of the application development process utilizing strong testing methodologies.
