Job Description â??

This position is responsible for leading a technical team ondesign, develop and maintain Medicare Premium billing product.

Job functions â??

â?¢                     Lead technical team in design,development of Premium billing product based on CMS guidance

â?¢                     Work with Business analyst tosolution Health plan change requests

â?¢                     Participate in customer callsand demo to provide billing SME support

â?¢                     Work with offshore developmentteam on new product enhancements

â?¢                     Work on platform modernizationprojects

Qualifications â??

â?¢                     Should have in depthfunctional knowledge on Medicare premium billing and health plan operations

â?¢                     Possess good knowledge on CMSMedicare Part C and D guidance

â?¢                     Good knowledge on Medicareinvoicing, payments, ACH, Lockbox, Credit card processing concepts

â?¢                     Strong working experience inCobol, DB2, VSAM, Mainframe skillsets.

â?¢                     Open system expertise such asIBM BPM, Java J2EE, Oracle is a value add

â?¢                     Strong production supportexperience
