Job duties will include: Installation, upgrade and maintenance of SAP and SAP related software products Work in a team environment to provide daily support of the SAP application suite Identify issues and problems with SAP systems, and implement creative solutions to optimize the SAP environment Work closely with technical and business analyst to provide solid technical solutions to match customer needs Represent client interests as a member of ad-hoc teams, outside tasks forces, and user groups as appropriate Qualifications Required Qualifications (list in order of priority): Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field 5+ years of detailed SAP Basis knowledge in at least 3 of the following areas: ERP Solution Manager HANA Enterprise Portal and NWDI Fiori MDM and PI SCM and TREX BW Security, including GRC Access Control Experience with operating system, database, or application support Strong problem solving and analytical skills Strong customer focus and organizational skills Ability to work successfully in team environment and independently
