SAP FICO Senior Business Analyst loc:Malvern, PA

Budget $: 100,000 - 200,000

  • Designing, building, testing, deploying and supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specifications and schedules while meeting quality requirements
  • Maintaining an in-depth understanding of all business processes and requirements as it relates to configuring SAP ECC 6.0 and its integration with rest of the SAP components
  • Day-to-day maintenance of production application systems
  • Supports SAP ECC and related software
  • Utilizes knowledge of Logistic techniques, methods, and tools. Subject matter best practices
  • Knowledge of SAP Reporting capabilities
  • Develops process documentation for processes and procedures
  • Participate in Service Desk function to resolve user related support calls
  • Prepare and execute test plans for new functionality
  • Publish communication related to the deployment of new functionality
  • Translate user requirements into user requests and program specifications
  • Work with programmers to assure compliance to program specifications
  • Develop training outlines for end-users
  • Support business initiatives utilizing Project Management expertise.
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
  • Liaise between the business and vendor support teams
  • Comply with company\'s Global IT Policies & Procedures
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent experience
5-7 years\' experience in SAP FI/CO modules and integration points
Configuration experience with GL, A/R, AP, Fixed Assets & SAP Treasuryâ?¢ Knowledge of FICO Org Structures; GL, Cost Centers / Elements, Profit Centers, Activity Types / Rates, Company Codes for a Global Organizationâ?¢ Knowledge of Foreign Currenciesâ?¢ Month-end Close experienceâ?¢ Experience with BPC a plusâ?¢ Knowledge of SAP best practices and SAP Implementation MethodologyKnowledge, Skills and Experience: â?¢ Ability to engage in the quality assurance process and business process improvement â?¢ Sense of cultural sensitivity when interacting with colleagues â?¢ Good time, project management and presentation skills â?¢ Customer service oriented, takes initiative in difficult situations â?¢ Ability to effectively communicate to technical and non-technical customers â?¢ Attitude & Enthusiasm: Must have a positive, \"can do\" attitude. â?¢ Dependability/Perseverance: always willing to go the extra mile to complete projects on schedule.
