Project Architecture of the Microstrategy components · Design and create new schema objects (attributes, facts, hierarchies, tables) for evolving reporting needs · Participate and Lead the design, build, release and deployment procedure · Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for BI front-end applications · Understand complex data Models, design guidelines and how to optimize them to work in an ad-hoc reporting environment · Create report objects including the use of filters, custom groups, consolidations and VLDB properties · Evaluate functional and technical business requirements and be able to transform those requirements into Microstrategy solutions · knowledge of the Microstrategy tool suite (I-Server, Architect, Desktop, Web, Narrowcast, OLAP Services and Report Services). · knowledge of Netezza/Sql Server database as backend · Development experience on Microstrategy version 9 (and higher) · Responsible for Microstrategy Administrator activities includes code migration, User Management, Distribution Management · Coordinate Offshore team to implement Reporting project and develop reporting Reporting projects Using Microstrategy 9.X Reporting Suite.
