Role: Sr. Ruby on Rails Engineer Location: San Francisco,CA Desired Skills and Experience WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Experience with Ruby on Rails in production environments (extra points for using Redis in a non-trivial way too) Experience with non-trivial front-end Javascript code is a big plus (even bigger plus for for production experience with Angular, Ember, or React) BS in Computer Science and/or adequate professional experience (5+ years industry experience) At least 5 years experience participating in a web development team at a start-up or in a start-up environment Strong interpersonal and organizational skills that lend themselves to a dynamic and rapidly-changing environment Mobile experience is a plus Demonstrated design and UX sensibilities are a major plus
