The main goal of the SAP Solution Expert is to provide project leadership and guidance in the area of ERP SAP Production Maintenance and Quality. Job holder should have a good understanding of discrete manufacturing process as well as repetitive manufacturing process. SAP skills should include a working knowledge of Inventory Management, MM related Master Data and movement types, cycle counting process,Production Order Creation, Capacity Requirements Planning, Production Execution, PP related Master Data, and MRP. In addition, the job holder needs to have proficient knowledge of MM integration with FI and PP integration with CO in particular, and other modules such as SD in general. Additionally, experience with HUM (Handling Unit Management) is necessary, as well as knowledge of SAP RF and related transactions for shop floor execution. The perfect candidate will be responsible to think in a global sense, satisfy business needs while at the same time enforce corporate IT governance and avoiding duplication within the company. Responsibilities will include the following: 1. Project Management / Business requirement gathering 2. Execution of global IT Governance / Standardization 3. Coordinate SAP Production CoE Support Team 4. Facilitate Power Users integration into their Future Support Role (Business user support) 5. Relationship Building with Business Process Sponsors / Regional Head of Business Team Leads 6. Create/Maintain SAP Application Catalog template and keep current on buiness requirements 7. Business support involving master data configuration, developing and communicating ad-hoc reports using SQVI or SQ01 or SE16N table extracts, explain and possibly train users with standard business processes followed within the company 8. Support of the Inventory Management related processes and transactions including physical inventory process, inventiry reports, various inventory transfer/issue transactions 9. Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement initiatives The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or comprable education; Project Management experience; Designated change management skills: Profound knowledge of integrated ERP systems and processes in the production planning and sequencing field; Good negotiation skills in English; Experience in the automotive supply industry; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Work well with others in an integrated team environment
