Required Skills and Experience â?¢Bachelorâ??s degree in Information Systems or related field; Minimum 5 years working in information technology with focus on required SAP modules â?¢Deep experience implementing SAP QM and related modules â?¢Excellent analytical and problem solving skills â?¢Successful teamwork experience â?¢Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies â?¢Time management skills are a must; as well as the ability to be flexible and creative â?¢Business process analysis and redesign experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation â?¢Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management, support â?¢Works well with teams or in a team environment, with the ability to work independently. â?¢Global Implementation/Support experience Preferred Skills and Experience â?¢Masterâ??s degree or MBA is desirable. â?¢Consumer Packaged Goods and GMP Regulatory experience preferred Working Relationships & Environment â?¢Manufacturing and Quality key users â?¢Reports to Sr. Mgr., Operations Applications â?¢Supervise SAP Analyst assigned to Operations Team.
