Partners with business on FICO track to provide IT solutions and IT systems support. Communicate effectively with all levels within the organization, including the business and technical departments and work closely with customers. Work closely with onsite team, off shore team, managers and executives to ensure the release of high quality solutions. Understands SAP functionality to satisfy business requirements and solve complex business problems. Communicate SAP capabilities and work with business to implement solutions within the FICO functional modules. Ensure the Systems stability and support provided to finance business function. Qualifications: B.S. degree in a related field 12+ years of IT and business/industry work experience SAP FICO Implementations experience in a global company. Work experience in Outsourced Manufacturing environment is a plus. Hands on Experience with SAP FICO modules to design, configure and solution the business requirements. Experience in leading small to medium size projects end to end by partnering with business and cross funcitonal teams. Experience with SAP ASAP Methodology Experience in partnering with Business in designing the process and system solutions for complex business problems. Experience with SAP Full Life Cycle implementations Experience working in a global SAP environment Detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
