Responsibilities will include: â?¢Deliver information that is accurate, complete, meaningful and timely â?¢Ensure continuous data extraction from production systems, as well as data transformation and load (ETL) into the Data Warehouse â?¢Follow and maintain standards and data quality in data loads and reporting for internal and external customers â?¢Interpret, and document new reporting requests from internal customers â?¢Design and deliver scheduled and ad-hoc reports, including dashboards â?¢Optimize and review MIS load processes for current and future data warehouses to improve business results and minimize load time â?¢Document, and develop test plans for all development work performed â?¢Create files for regulatory reporting and various other requests of summary data for third parties from existing data in the data warehouses Qualifications: â?¢Bachelorâ??s Degree â?¢Analytical background with strong technical, critical thinking and problem solving skills â?¢Excellent communication skills, and ability to learn new concepts quickly; must be highly customer-oriented â?¢Motivated, enthusiastic, able to take direction and complete tasks independently â?¢High level attention to detail and quality output â?¢Able to work on numerous projects simultaneously â?¢SQL experience a plus â?¢SQL Server 2012 Data Tools (SSIS) experience a plus
