6+ Month Contract
Responsibilities:Provide functional configuration for Procurement and Inventory modules of Oracle ERP.Determine and implement business solutions for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (OTC) business functions.Perform business process analysis to define and document current and future business processes and determine appropriate configurations.Understand, and be able to develop RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversion, Enhancements and Forms).Track solution requirements to completion, and perform requirements decomposition activities for software customizations.Assist in new business program start-up; including gathering and communicating business requirements, interacting directly with our internal customers, being an active participant in execution and rollout of new business programs.Support solution testing activates, including configurations and formal (UAT) testing of software customizations.Write Quality Documents for Operations, Procurement, and Technical Departments.Support user community and other business units for solution adoption.Ensures that all projects and programs assigned are completed in accordance with predetermined requirements, with specific attention to product / process specifications, project/program costs, and timeliness for completion.Effectively work with other staff across multiple departments to maximize productivity for the entire P2P and OTC processes.Required Qualifications:6+ years of hands-on implementation / configuration experience of Oracle Procurement and Inventory modules (preferably Oracle version 11)Oracle Pro C, Oracle RDBMS, Oracle SQL4+ years in functional application configuration/setup, change requests and impact analysis solution designStrong skills in business process analysis, requirements definition, functional design, and systems configurationInvestigative ability, critical thinking, analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent organization skills, oral/written communication and follow-up skillsDemonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to manage several projects at one time and work independently to meet deadlines and targetsAbility to adapt to change and be able to reprioritize work due to changing business conditionsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s Degree strongly preferred - desired degree in Management Information Systems or BusinessTech / Functional experience and Oracle workflow preferredProject Management experience preferred
