Requirements:
Implement Assignment Manager
· Modify system configuration to implement changes to the SR closure process
· Display entitlement information at the Account and Contact level
· Create ability to add attachments at start of SR creation
· Update company branding on eService portal
· Update Siebel email templates as required
· Integration of SR updates between Siebel and Jira bug tracking system used by Clients Engineering
· Implement Siebel multi-language (Russian)
