QA Tester/Lead - Siebel CRM

6+ Months Contract
Responsibilities:
Coordinate testing activities (test planning, test execution & reporting and defect management) with the QA Team
Provide hands on support for test case development, test execution, defect reporting and verification
Review and analyze user stories
Determine the test approach for application features under development
Perform manual, exploratory, and automated testing
Work with developers and product owners throughout the development lifecycle
Liaise with Offshore QA Team to conduct testing activities
Collect and analyze metrics and Prepare QA Status Reports
Run triage meetings for defects and production incidents
Education & Experience:
A four-year degree in computer science or equivalent, with 8+ years of software testing experience
Experience in Siebel CRM end to end Testing preferably Version 8.1
Experience in OSM and BRM
Working knowledge of HP QC ALM
Good exposure in Software testing Lifecycle
Good Communication both written and verbal which includes communicating with Client as well as offshore team
Ability to work under aggressive deadlines
Basic SQL will be added advantage
Expertise in Test Driven Development practices
Expertise in the CRM domain preferable
Excellent communication and inter personnel skills
Enjoys working with developers, analysts, and product owners in a collaborative environment
Ability to work in a faced paced environment and meet tight schedules
