Role: SAP CO/PA Functional Analyst Location: Richmond,VA Primary support for the Controlling, Profitability Analysis and FP&A processes. Support involves fielding questions, troubleshooting problems and executing solutions. Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement initiatives Handle reporting requests by analyzing the requirements, preparing functional specifications, working with developers, and testing new reports and changes Use SQVI and SE16N to provide table extracts and satisfy ad hoc reporting needs Develop, design, test and validate SAP configuration/customizing related to new business processes developed as part of the business process improvement initiatives Assist in the setup, configuration and testing of new companies and plants Work with the SAP security team on resolving authorization issues and provide recommendations on optimal security setup for ongoing projects requirements Work with other SAP Team analysts on cross functional projects Qualifications Must have FICO and CO/PA experience in ECC 5.0 or higher Bachelors Degree in an IT, Accounting or Business Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of MS Office tools Ability to directly work with business process experts Education & Experience Minimums 1 full life cycle SAP project implementation in the area of FICO 3+ years of hands-on strong SAP FICO experience with a combination of production support and project implementation Expertise in Product Costing, Cost Center accounting, Project Systems Extensive FP&A process experience including Profitability Analysis required Working knowledge of FI integration with SD, MM and PP Proficient in designing and developing user training documentation, test plan and test script development and execution. Experience with SAP change management process Good knowledge of SAP authorization roles, objects and basic reports to troubleshoot missing authorizations Education & Experience Preferred Experience with core financial modules GL, AP, AR and Fixed Assets to help with support requests Experience with BPC, Power Play, BI Experience with Material Ledger and/or Special Ledger a plus Experience with design and delivery of Report Writer/Painter Reports Experience developing and executing automated scripts in tools such as Winshuttle
