A Bachelor\\\\\\\'s Degree in Computer Science from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field; and Two (4) years of directly related experience.
OR An Associate\\\\\\\'s Degree in Applied Science in a Technical Program in an applicable area of Information Technology; and Four (4) years of directly related experience. Required Skills/Experience: Proven experience developing and delivering robust BI solutions: from data modeling to report and dashboard development. Proven experience as a Senior Developer or Team Lead; leading a small to medium sized team of developers in (BI related) projects. Proven experience with multiple BI Development Tools. Business Objects, Qlikview, and Crystal Reports preferred. Will consider experience with other similar tools. Strong communication and Leadership skills. Able to identify multiple approaches to problem solving and recommend the best case solution. Proven ability to work directly with users and management to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build good relationships and rapport.
