Oracle Business Systems Analyst position available at our Headquarters in Arlington Heights, IL. This individual will provide functional support maintenance and enhancement of one or more Oracle E-Business Suite modules (General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, iStore, iProcurement, Purchasing, Grants, Hyperion Planning and Human Resources) currently deployed or planned for deployment at Pace, along with any modules implemented in the future.

Responsibilities include:

Maintaining effective communication (written and oral) with functional users, development teams and management, while working closely with all parties to resolve problems, answer questions, and provide solutions.
Assisting in the development of Oracle E-Business Suite enhancement and support documentation, including: project briefs, process workflows, data flow diagrams, and data mapping worksheets, program specifications and functional prototypes.
Assisting in unit testing, quality assurance testing, end-to-end systems testing, production parallel testing and end-user and technical support training for all Oracle E-Business Suite modules. Creating related documentation as required.
Assisting in implementing information technology solutions and conduct post-implementation reviews for Oracle E-Business Suite modules.
Communicating project plans, timelines and weekly and monthly status reports on an on-going basis for production support issues, service requests and projects to all stakeholders, both business and MIS, on a timely and consistent basis.
Working with Oracle E-Business Suite super users and end users on Oracle E-Business Suite applications software issues.
