BA/BS in Computer Science, or equivalent ManagementInformation Systems Degree
5-7 years of professional IT experience with 3 or more yearsin a data integrator role
Very strong collaboration and problem-solving skillsrequired; team player is essentialExperience in SAPs Business Objects Data Services Toolis required, hands-on experience in 4.0 or 4.1 versions is preferredExperience with BODS admin console, designer, job and servermanager tools is requiredExperience with SAP Application Extractors, ABAP & BAPIData Flows is requiredExperience with complex transforms, multi-source data flows,data workflows, parameterized data flows, embedded data flows isrequiredExperience with BODS built-in functionality for recoverymechanism and managing change data is requiredGood exposure to full EIM Suite of products (Data Integrator,Data Quality, Information Steward, and Meta-Data Manager) ispreferredPrior experience working in a multi SAP Applicationenvironment; connecting, extracting and loading data to and from SAPECC, SAP MDG, Oracle, MS SQL Server, SAP BW, Files, and other legacydata sources is preferredStrong understanding of SAP master data materialmaster, BOM, RouteExperience developing reports using Business ObjectsGood knowledge of SAP MM, PP, SD, PLM, GTS and DMSExperience managing a global delivery team throughdeliverable planning, work allocation, recruiting, coaching,mentoring, and providing progress reportsSemiconductor experience is a plus
