Role: SAP Financial Analyst
Location: Fort Smith,AR

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The SAP Financial Analyst will work as a member of the Core Team to complete projects in the FICO (Controlling and Finance) areas. He/She will be responsible for supporting SAP users in all Client'slocations and performing SAP configuration and testing. They will develop and conduct training sessions. This person will specify, test, and implement new program development with the Information Services Applications department. He/She will know and apply best practices in the area of accounting and controlling.

EDUCATION:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field is highly desired. Those who meet all other requirements with demonstrated experience in the field will be considered.
Desired Skills and Experience

EXPERIENCE:
A minimum 5+ years of strong Manufacturing and/or Financial Accounting experience is required.
The following are also required unless otherwise indicated:
Previous plant controller or cost manager experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
System Configuration & Programming preferred
Experience with multidisciplinary projects preferred
Team leadership experience is a plus
Advanced skills in the areas of costing, finance, general ledger
Effective interpersonal skills to work with various levels of staff to deliver a high level of customer support
Multidisciplinary team experience a plus
Excellent and concise written and oral communications
Strong PC skills in the Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word
Advanced problem solving and root-cause analysis.
Technical system configuration and programming.
Ability to adapt to new technologies.
Self-motivated, able to work on multiple projects at once.
Sound business judgment.
