1+ Full- life cycle SAP CRM implementation experience
SAP CRM 7.0 configuration proficiency
Good understanding of CRM package & understanding of the Business in CRM area in Services
Exposure to complex SAP Implementations and landscape, involving other SAP modules and partner systems.
SAP CRM skills involving configuration, customization, enhancements & developing objects
Some knowledge of ABAP, BADI, technical deployments to debug any issues
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
