6+ years experience in an ecommerce environment, multi-channel retail experience is a plus â?¢ 5+ years of team management experience. â?¢ Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, Ecommerce, Internet Business or a related field of study â?¢ Strong business acumen â?¢ Strong project and resource management skills â?¢ Background in site enhancements and platform updates, well versed in optimizing User Experience online. â?¢ Strategic thinker and dynamic leadership skills â?¢ Strong analytical/modeling skills with ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights â?¢ Experience with budgeting, cost estimating, vendor contract negotiations, and fiscal management principles and procedures. â?¢ Familiarity with Magento Enterprise Edition â?¢ Excellent oral and written communication skills â?¢ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. â?¢ Proficient in MS Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint required â?¢ Experience with web analytics tools â?¢ Experience with A/B testing
