As a Director of Sales, you will be responsible for leading our Chicagoland sales team. This includes developing creative sales strategies, training and developing the sales team, and creating sales goals and ensuring they are met. Our best Directors are aggressive, high energy problem solvers, who enjoy developing and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities:
· Develop detailed value propositions and strategies for selling
· Establish sales goals and activity requirements for the sales team
· Track where the sales team stands in relation to their goals
· Develop and maintain a high energy and high effort sales culture
· Plan and schedule travel for the sales team
Qualities and Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in the transportation industry
· 3+ years of experience in Sales
· 1-2 years of experience in management
· Bachelorâ??s degree preferred
· Able to lead and develop a team
· Confidence and knowledge in transportation
· Excellent communication and organization skills
· Positive attitude and high energy
· Strong work ethic
· Assertive problem solving and decision-making skills
