Role:Senior DevOps Engineer
Location:Salt Lake City, UT
Responsibilities:
- Design and build our continuous delivery environmentManage our cloud deployment & configuration across production, staging, and dev/test environment servers.
- Develop scripts, metrics, and applications to automate and improve operational processes and availability, scaling, and security of the production environmentBecome a portal of knowledge by participating in research and reflecting on your findings to communicate efficiencies, best practices and potential pitfalls/drawbacks to ensure continues improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelors, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field5+ years working in Engineering, DevOps, or similar capacity managing cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience building deployment pipelines and automated testing environmentsEnd-to-end knowledge of various web technology .
- stacksChef or Puppet at scaleJava, Ruby, Python, or PHPAmazon Web Services or other cloud services such as Azure or Compute EngineSQL & NoSQL DatabasesStart-up and SaaS/Cloud platform experience strongly preferred
