Job description:
- The Business Intelligence Engineer/Developer is responsible for conceptualization to implementation of data warehousing, reporting and analytical solutions for company.
- Day to day responsibilities include developing and maintaining project plans, working to defining business, functional and technical requirements and developing solutions required to fulfill our users and customer needs.
- The BI Engineer/Developer is also responsible for refining BI vision, strategy, and implementation methodologies to address shifting market and BI tool trends to increase BI delivery efficiency.
- BS in Computer Science or related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience leading Business Intelligence initiatives along with the understanding of generally accepted business intelligence methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Must have SSIS, SSRS, QL development and report development experience.
- Microsoft.net experience is a plus.
- Prefer experience in an enterprise setting with Microsoft BI stack including Power BI.
- Knowledge of system Life Cycles. Outstanding English written and verbal communication.
- Demonstrate ability to interface and effectively communicate with multiple levels of management.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, critical thinking and conflict resolution skills. Strong leadership, partnership, and consultancy skills.
