The Principal accountabilities are: Develop new business (heavy prospecting), negotiate business terms and lead sales process Cross-sell product lines and grow major customer accounts Ability to excel in a fast-paced and multi-product line sales force Track metrics and activities in CRM. Continually refine sales processes based on market information Engage and develop long-term customer relationships Other duties as assigned Responsibilities: Work with Senior Management to identify and develop strategic sales efforts, divisional cross-selling opportunities, pricing, and close/grow major customer accounts. Ability to excel in a fast-paced and multi-product line inside sales force and marketing department. Interface with marketing staff and sales staff to understand all processes from lead generation to prospecting to qualifying and closing on new accounts. Evaluate our existing spreads and maximize profitability on new business. Strategic planning including corporate positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans. Ensure that all required processes are deployed in order to both (a) maximize performance/yield and (b) achieve consistency with strategies set by senior management. Develop new business deals, negotiate business terms, and lead negotiation process. Help to assess the market potential, competitive pricing, and profitability for existing business models and assist in developing documentation of new models for future growth in support of the companyâ??s objectives. Assist in product marketing including product launch management, new business development, presentations, sales tools and competitive analysis. Track metrics for all programs and activities. Continually refine all processes as necessary stay in front of customers in relevant industries.
