POSITION: IT Analyst
DEPARTMENT: IT

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic understanding of Carriers/transportation practices
Familiarity with Fleet operations systems
Prior experience with TMW suite of products (minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of TMT Fleet Maintenance, COMDATA and Synergize
Technical aptitude with successful project management experience preferred
Preferred 4 year degree or equivalent industry experience
Basic knowledge of IT processes, SDLC and project methodology

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivering assigned IT project tasks on time.
Provide subject matter expertise in TMT/TMW system
Provide support for regular production issues
Help operations team with daily reporting needs/questions
Provide support for software modules that are critical to daily operation
