Cloud Storage Developer.
Location – Houston, TX
Duration – 6 months
As a cloud storage expert, the candidate should have the following qualification:
- In depth understanding of managed cloud storage in Google and Azure
- In depth knowledge of Gluster technology and ability to construct and maintain gluster based multi-brick shared storage
- In depth knowledge and experience on Samba, WinBind and SSSD related storage technologies
- In depth knowledge of Linux and Windows file systems, and federation of identity between Linux and Windows
- Knowledge on Active Directory and user right management
- Experience on Access Control and its application to storage
- Ability to run diagnostic tools and performance tools on shared storage
- Ability to trouble-shoot and maintain the shared storage system
- Direct skills should include PowerShell, Google bucket VM image and Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates
- Experience with Scripting/Automation/IaaS/PaaS
- Strong Experience with Google and Azure and other service providers cloud offerings.
- Ability to prioritize work and collaborate with experts across teams and organization.
