Job Description

• The BI Analyst help the organization to meet their objectives through the intelligent use of the information.
• Work closely with bankers, directors and support areas, and IT teams to turn data into critical information and knowledge that can be used to make sound business decisions.
• Educate and train the organization to use the data as an analytical tool, displaying the information in new forms and content for the purpose of analysis and option exploration.
• In conjunction with the Director of BI establish the BI strategy and architecture.
  
• Coordinate the functional requirements of the BI projects, leading engagement across multifunctional teams, IT and business areas to get alignment on requirements, resources and timelines, will write solutions and/or functional requirements, facilitating discussions and consensus among stakeholders.
  
• Perform analysis for a wide range of requests using data in different formats and from various platforms.
  
• Provides guidance, training, and problem solving assistance to other team members.
  
• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, Finance or specialized training/certification. Or equivalent work experience
  
• 5-7 year experience in in the fields of Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, Finance, Quality Assurance, or Database Development
  
• Superior organizational skills, integrity, and great follow-through on tasks

• Strong work-ethic and self-motivated and flexibility with a fast-paced environment
