Were looking for someone who has strong Functional DM skills, can work independently, handle all functional work, knows latest and greatest environments, is comfortable handling config, creating/writing functional specs, debugging, understands integration points to related IS-U modules, any AMI experience or exposure would be very helpful and overall just a heads down hard worker, not a mute w/ no opinion but someone who will ask questions, speak up when needed/appropriate, works well with users/understands biz aspects. Anyone who has worked for or been trained by SAP or other SIs who follow similar styles of the classic training and methodologies are the kind of individuals we want.
Want very senior persons who are knowledgeable at least 3 or 4 implementataions SDLCs, he/she needs to do custom configuration.Need to give good references where they have worked in the utility industry companeis
