Job Description:
- Works interactively with business process owners and technical teams building integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP/other external systems
- Deliver all workbooks and technical specifications on interfaces
- Work as the Integration Lead
- Provide technical input to enable the customer make key decisions on integration between SAP/other systems and SuccessFactors
- Design and set up the integration environment
- Build and test interfaces
- Plan and conduct integration testing for interfaces
- Be responsible for managing system readiness throughout the project
- Work with functional consultants to implement solutions in SAP Success Factors that will integrate data to other 3rd party systems
The ideal candidate for the position will have:
- 2+ years of hands-on Boomi/HCI experience
- 2+ years of API and SAP Success Factors integration experience
- Experience implementing integration between SF EC and SAP, other legacy applications and payroll systems
- Experience with at least two projects with Success Factors integration
Other preferred characteristics include:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong team orientation
- Ability to provide Project Team orientation and to train user communities (End Users/BPO/Super Users)
- Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments
