Functional Skills
- Investment Accounting, Investment Operations and/or Data experience, preferably buy-side asset management
- Understanding of fixed income markets; understanding of treasury operations is a plus
- Detail oriented with experience performing complex reconciliation tasks and test scripts
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively across the organization to various audiences, both business and technical. Collaborative work approach.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate complex business processes, requirements and problems and formulate business and/or technical solutions including utilization of data analysis as support
- Experience in testing, migration, and deployment of investment business applications
Ability to share knowledge
- Experience implementing SimCorp Dimension is a requirement
Technical Skills
- Understanding of database architecture
- Experience with data flow diagrams, swim lane diagrams, etc.
- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Visio
Education
- Bachelors degree or equivalent related work experience
