technologies – PKI, OAuth 2 including UMA, Open ID Connect, SAML, JOSE, JWT, SCIM
? Strong Understanding of Cloud-based authentication and key management
? Understanding of comprehensive PKI Infrastructure, Cryptography, Shibboleth, LDAP; Gluu Server

? Experience with Cloud Computing platforms (e.g. Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google App
Engine, etc.)
? Strong experience with NIST standards such as SP 800-63 Rev. 2, SP 800-53, and cybersecurity
framework
? Expert with Visio or architecture diagramming tools; Expert in appropriate software diagramming
methods
? Expert knowledge of secure software development methodologies
? Ability to influence a broad group of people and work with geographically dispersed teams
? Technical flexibility and creativity in problem solving;
? Extremely good communication skills, particularly toward simplifying complex concepts and
interactions
