Job Description:
- The IT Team is in need of a talented and dynamic full-time IT Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to help implement technical solutions that meet the business requirements of our internal and external users.
- The solutions will look to improve business processes across all areas of our international operation.

- Translate business requirements to System/Functional requirements and share with Developers.
- Analyze data to develop a logical data model to support specific analysis tasks.
- Identify, analyze and document business requirements and deliver work products throughout the project life cycle. Consult with the business to analyze the objectives of the stakeholder and develops conceptual solutions to meet their business issues.
- Analyze enterprise business processes, including data, goals, process and organization. Assist and facilitate stakeholders in developing their strategic goals.
- Ensuring that the recommended solution meets the needs of the business while balancing efficiency and supportability Understanding both technical designs and specifications Evaluating information harvested through surveys and workshops,
- task analysis and business process description Having conceptual understanding of technical tools,
- applications, business intelligence and ability to grasp the needs of the customer Being able to communicate with teams to finalize conceptual process and screen designs Being an interface between technology teams,
- support teams and business units Assisting IT Support activities for troubleshooting, maintenance, customization and integration of custom applications and 3rd party vendor packages.

- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or related field Required
- 3+ yearsâ?? experience as a data, process, systems, or business analyst Project Management training and/or experience a plus
